Terms and conditions at Nordic Online Academy ApS

Prices

At Nordic Online Academy ApS, all prices are listed in euros. The purchase of our courses is not subject to VAT according to applicable VAT legislation, as our courses are intended for private individuals.

For some courses, students may have the option to purchase additional materials as part of their course. In such cases, we refer to external suppliers and their terms and conditions, which may include VAT according to applicable law. This may, for example, apply to the purchase of color fans or similar materials.

For purchases made through Nordic Online Academy’s installment payment plan, a fee of 5% of the total course price will be added.

Payment

Nordic Online Academy accepts payment via credit card, including Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard. Payments can also be made via ViaBill and Klarna. Payment will be charged to your account at the time of purchase. It is possible to split the payment into installments. All amounts are in DKK, including VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors.

To offer Klarna’s payment methods, we may transfer your personal information, including contact and order details, to Klarna for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility and tailoring the payment options. Your transferred personal data will be processed according to Klarna’s Privacy Policy.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full refund period for courses purchased via our website. After this period, refunds are no longer possible.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

  • Once the first module of a course has started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, regardless of the purchase date.

  • Financing through ViaBill or Klarna does not include a right of withdrawal.

Cancellations must be sent to contact@nordiconlineacademy.com.

Access and Duration

You have access to course materials for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Your login is personal and must not be shared with others.

Changes to Content

Nordic Online Academy ApS reserves the right to make ongoing changes to course content.

Course Structure

Courses are self-study and consist of video material, reading materials, and assignments that must be completed satisfactorily to progress. Learning the content is your responsibility.

Assistance is available for questions that arise during the course.

You will receive a diploma upon completing the course.

Rights, Copyright, and Ownership

All content on onlineuddannelse.dk, including texts, source codes, software, audio, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, videos, page layouts, design, and forum content, is legally protected and belongs exclusively to Nordic Online Academy.

Students may not copy or record content reserved for students. Violations will be prosecuted.

Consent to Email Marketing

Students also consent to receive emails from Nordic Online Academy, including marketing of our own or third-party products or services.

Disclaimer

Use of Nordic Online Academy courses is at the student’s own risk. Nordic Online Academy is not liable for the competencies acquired or for the student’s job situation after completing the course.

Use of the website is at your own risk. Nordic Online Academy is not responsible for the use of the website or its content, including loss of income, operational downtime, data loss, or other similar issues.

Courses are accessed via a web browser. Students are responsible for having a compatible browser to log in using their username and password. Nordic Online Academy is not responsible for technical issues that prevent access.

Obligations under the agreement are suspended in cases of force majeure, defined as circumstances beyond the parties’ control and unforeseen at the time of agreement.

In case of significant breach, either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Non-payment is always considered a significant breach.

Complaints must be submitted in writing with a clear specification of the defects or issues.

Privacy Policy

To enter into an agreement with us and make purchases on our website, we require the following information:

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Details of your purchase

We process your personal data to deliver the purchased service and handle inquiries regarding your purchase.
